Terms and Conditions

1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered verbally or in writing. With the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract, each contractual partner undertakes to fulfill the contract.

2. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price if the contractual service is not used BGB §615:
- 20% of the travel price up to the 21st day before the start of the journey
- from the 20th to the 12th day before departure 40% of the travel price
- from the 11th to the 5th day before departure 60% of the travel price
- from the 4th day before the start of the journey to the day of arrival 90% of the travel price
- In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to demand 100% of the travel price.

3. The landlord is obliged in good faith to allocate unused rooms to someone else if possible. This does not apply if a late arrival has been agreed between the landlord and tenant or if the tenant does not inform the landlord of the non-arrival.

4. If you arrive with more than the specified number of people and more than the number of available beds, the landlords of the Guesthouse Durst has got the right to reject the unspecified persons who exceed the number of beds or maximum number of people per apartment/room, provided that there are no other free places in free apartments/rooms. The room/apartment has to be paid for in full, as the tenant has not provided truthful information and overcrowding is not possible.

5. If, unannounced, more people than specified stay overnight in the apartment/room, regardless of whether they have a bed or not, we reserve the right to charge €15.00 or €25.00 per person/night.

6. House Rules

(1) The terms and conditions apply on site, as well as the house rules (house rules), which can be found in every apartment/room.

(2) The furniture has its place in the apartments/rooms and should therefore not be moved, otherwise damage can inevitably occur, which we will charge for. Also later after your check-out, if this damage was not reported and is determined during the final cleaning.

(3) When checking out, the kitchen in the holiday home must be left in a tidy condition, i.e. the dishes are clean and completely dry. In general, the apartments and family rooms are to be left in good condition when you check out (check!)

(4) Pets are not allowed. Smoking, including water pipes, is not permitted in the apartments. If the tenant does not comply, a fee of 100€ will be charged for the additional cleaning. All rooms are allergy-free rooms.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

(1) The check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Earlier arrival is only possible by prior arrangement. A later arrival must be communicated.

(2) Check-out (departure) is possible until 10:00 a.m. We charge for late departures, as this causes delays in the check-in of the following guests.

(3) The check-out takes place by manually returning the key to the landlord. The apartment/room will be checked upon check-out.
